I called Haas farms in Wapato and they will be suppling Welch's next week, so if I want grapes now is the time to get them. I borrowed Kim & Matt's tahoe and away I went. I left at 6:15 in the morning. Going through the canyon was so beautiful, I decided to take a picture while driving.
This is the gorgous sunrise at 75 miles an hour. What?
One more shot - it really doesn't do justice, but I tried. I arrived at the farm about 8:30, gathered up the goods and headed home, after I stopped and picked up pumpkins. I was home by 12:00 and juicing by 12:30.
